Ingredients

2 Pitas

1/4 cup Marinara Sauce

1/2 package Smoked Tofu (42.5g), cubed

3 Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)

1/2 cup shaved Zucchini

8 Olives

Fresh Basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place pitas on baking sheet, and spread marinara on top.

Scatter tofu, peppers, zucchini and olives on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Top with fresh Basil.
