3 Month Transformation
Details:
- 90 days of training, nutritional guidelines, accountability and unlimited phone calls/texts regarding fitness/nutrition.
- Customized plans for each client's goals.
- 3 sessions per week, at your home.
- Workout plans for the days you're not with me.
- "Kitchen Raid": We'll go through your kitchen and decide what foods may be hindering your progress and discuss alternative options.
- One, 1-hour shopping trip at store of your choice; You pay for groceries, but I help you make better choices.
- Optional: InBody testing (calculates body fat mass, lean muscle mass, BMR, weight and more) *May not be available at all gyms.

- Anything else you want to discuss or work on in that hour.
- Optional: InBody testing (calculates body fat mass, lean muscle mass, BMR, weight and more) *May not be available at all gyms.
$180/hr
($180 per session)
* Most gyms do not allow personal trainers to come into their gyms and train clients at all. Some allow trainers to come in at a fee. If there are fees associated with the gym, they are to be paid by the client.
