More about Cera:

Cera is a plant based chef, health coach, and educator. At the end of her first year as a plant based personal chef, she obtained a Certificate in Food, Nutrition, and Health to deepen her knowledge on how to use plant based, organic foods to heal.  

Her journey began with an intention to explore her love for food, with a more healthy and sustainable approach. She was suffering from severe cystic acne, and a friend advised her to try going gluten free. Her cystic acne began to heal. ⁣⁣Then, it clicked: what you put in your body affects what you feel on the inside and see on the outside.⁣ ⁣⁣

She stopped eating meat, cheese, and dairy out of compassion for animals, but then magic happened. Within a week or so, no more pimples. People began to notice, and actually compliment her on her skin!⁣

After doing extensive research and watching her father go through many health problems, she decided to find a way to bring the comfort of her roots back into her kitchen, but in a healthier way.

She is sharing this message because she wants to support people battling similar circumstances, whether it is skin inflammation, joint inflammation, or gut inflammation.

More about Carrie: 

Carrie is a former librarian and research junkie who went plant based in 2012 after learning about the wonderful health benefits of a whole foods, plant based diet. Her health journey started with weight loss - in her early 20s she weighed 320 lbs! She lost over half her body weight, and keeps it off by following a plant based diet.

In 2016, she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She suffered from severe chronic pain and fatigue for over two years before becoming fed up with traditional medicine. She started seeking natural methods for healing.

She switched to a fully organic diet, added some incredible natural supplements, and began working on healing past trauma. She also has immersed herself in learning tarot and about the healing power of crystals. The combination of these practices helped form the foundation of the Harmonize Your Health method for healing.
